The mindfulness training program will take more than 40 hours including homework assignments, time to read the additional material, and QnA sessions. The next 12 weeks will be life-changing for you.

Course Overview

The Mindful Organization program has three stages:

  • First week is an introduction week. You will learn the foundation of mindfulness, yoga. We will also introduce you to the training program - what to expect, how to get the most out of it, and how to sustain a long-lasting result.
  • During weeks two to six you you will focus on practicing mindfulness, breathing, and how to calm your mind in daily situations.
  • The last 6 weeks you will learn simple and complex yoga poses. This knowledge will help you maintain the physical balance and activity in your work place.

Course Includes:

  • A complete understanding of the benefits of mindfulness and yoga at work.
  • Weekly mindfulness group sessions with certified Yoga professionals.
  • Inspiring breathing and stretching exercises that you can apply every day.
  • Home practice and assignments.
  • Additional resources: books; movies; video links etc.

Meet your trainer - Michelle Cervantes

Let me introduce myself – my name is Michelle. I am a yoga and mindfulness instructor offering over 460 hours of experience in successful yoga classes. I have a distinguished background in Vinyasa Yoga and a deep understanding of adjustments on students during her classes.

I love working with individuals and teams families in small and medium organizations. I have studied and became certified yoga instructor at one of the signature yoga center Prana Yoga in La Jolla, California.

We love working with everyone. This program is designed for small and medium organizations. One mindfulness group can have up to 50 attendees. If there are more people in the company, we usually advice to create multiple groups.
